Based in Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim, Eamon And Devenney's Maintenance Services (E.A.D.M.S.) was created by my son and I in April 2008 because we know we can provide our services to a very high level with as much ease to our customers as possible whilst being competitive with our rates.

We are a father and son built company who are naturally motivated, determined and enthusiastic about the work we do. Since June 2010 my son left the business to pastures anew however he, along with my other 2 sons, still contribute to the work we do.

We enjoy the work we do however we take it very seriously and aim to complete jobs within given time frames. Many companies give completion deadlines and unfortunately do not abide by these however E.A.D.M.S. take their work as it comes and wont give a deadline of job completion unless we are 100% sure it can be done in this time frame.

The services we provide are not only everyday needs and wants but higher profiled jobs too and can be a hassle and a nuisance to get things done around your property or business. That's where E.A.D.M.S. comes in!! We take the stress, hassle and worry of certain jobs away from our customer and complete it to the highest standard possible and the job won't be completed until our customer is 100% satisfied, we will not leave a premises/job until we are given 'the okay' by our customer.

We are available to do business throughout Northern Ireland, not just in Carrickfergus or indeed Co. Antrim and have already established 12 running contracts with different businesses from Larne, Carrickfergus, Carnmoney, Whiteabbey, Belfast and Bangor since April 2008.
